Saturday, June 25, 2011 JJ asks

Q: Hello, I have acid in my mouth but none of the other symptoms of acid reflux or GRED. How can I get the acid out of my mouth?

Unfortunately, the solutions for all of the symptoms are the same whether you have one or all of them. My daughter had a cough only. We treated it for allergies, and asthma. Nothing worked. We put her on reflux meds and the cough went away! We then worked on doing some preventive things and she is now aware of which foods make her reflux flare. This has all helped but unfortunately to keep the cough away she needs the meds.
