Have you heard of taking Protonix to help in swallowing? Acid reflux isn't a problem.

My mom was having problems with food getting stuck in her throat. She was prescribed Protonix and that did the trick. Now that she's in a nursing home for rehab from a knee operation they switched her to Prilosec (she doesn't have acid reflux) and they refuse to switch her back to Protonix after I…
