last 3 months i have been getting severe pains under right rib and i pass gas constantly. just had

gall bladder ultra sound and showed no stones. i have an appointment for hyda scan and was taken off clorestoral medicine. what does this test show and what do you think is going on? doctor had me double my dose for acid reflex.
