I've never heard of reflux causing headaches. Other than headaches your symptoms are consistent with reflux. You can find a great article about the symptoms here: http://www.healthcentral.com/acid-reflux/introduction-000085_4-145.html?ic=4004 But, with all that said, migraine headaches can cause stomach upset. You should talk to your doctor about both your headache and stomach syptoms. It may help to take a list of when your stomach hurts vs. when your head hurts.
