Severe lower back pain, nausea, vomiting, high WBC

MRI, CT Scan, Bone Scan, blood cultures, negative. In hospital for three days due to high WBC. On third day of hospital stay blood tests all normal. Never have had severe pain like this kind of pain ever! 3 childbirths were a breeze compared to this. Nothing on test...
