Hello! Congratulations on your new baby! It is a good idea to discuss your reflux with either your primary care doctor or your obstetrician to find out the best approach. Sometimes medication is needed while nursing but a non medication approach is often tried first. This might include changing your diet, eating smaller meals and elevating the bed for sleeping. Certainly all of these things are challenging when you have a new baby because the baby's schedule keeps you on the move.

Good luck,
