I have stomach pain, nausea & throwing up along with a temperature

I have bouts with this pain, nausea, throwing up and now I have had the pain, nausea and vomiting for four days, including today  and started running a fever during the night last night.

Stomach pain, nausea and throwing up can sometimes be symptoms of acid reflux. However, only your doctor can tell if they are the result of acid reflux in this instance.
