On and off sharp pain on right side to middle of chest

Topics:Acid Reflux Symptoms

For the past 2 days now I've had a sharp pain on the right side and now it is located more in the middle of my chest.  It is on and off but when I bend down or lift something it feels as though something is sitting in my chest and sometimes when I take a deep breath I get a sharp pain.  I took Priolsec today and some Pepto Bismol but it hasnt gone away yet.  Do you guys think that it could be something more serious than just acid reflux, I have had acid reflux problems about 2 years ago.

Also I wore a tight shirt yesterday (it had a zipper on the side) the shirt was so tight I couldnt take a deep breath in it and right where my chest hurts is where the shirt was digging in me.  I dont know if that could do anything but I figured I'd add that in cos I'm not too farmiliar with all this acid reflux stuff and am kinda freaking out thinking I'm having a heart attack!  Please help me guys!
