what is the pill N S1

this is possibly a carafate or sucralfate tablet but we can't find a tablet reference for it. It simply says N on one end of the tablet and S1 on the other end. It was perscribed for gastroenteritis and mixed in the same container given to us that also contain Watson 780. We don't know if they ran...
