My 17 year old daughter told me that recently she's been getting pains through her chest, her face gets pale like, or reddish ( flushed ), and she gets a little dizzy, should I be concerned about this ?

Hello!
Please check this out with the doctor. Certainly many teens have chest pain/heartburn from GERD but it could be something else. Only the doctor can evaluate and treat the symptoms.
