can gasteritis cause swallowing difficulty and tightness in the neck/throat

I started out feeling that food would move slowly down after I would eat or like it got stuck I have a lot of burps and air in my chest and a lot of disconfort. I have spasms in my stomach off and on they feel like strong pain almost like labor pain that comes and lasts about 3 minutes and then...
