is the stomach (actual stomach area, not low, like intestines) a likely place for cancer recurrence?

i've had breast cancer twice.  once with ductal carcinoma, and one round of lobular.  i have suddenly started having severe stomach pain.  it seems to come and go.  it is actually in the stomach -- not the lower intestine area.  it's almost like being hit in the stomach...
