Can a feeling of something in throat behind tongue be from acid reflux? My doctors say it is?

I noticed something in back of tongue when I swallow, not a bump, just something, like maybe hair caught or something. I have had it for 2 months now, they did biopsies and it was okay. I have also had teeth pain and ear pain at the same time. They can't come up with a reason for...
