Thanks for your question. It seems like you are already on the right path to answering your question in seeing your doctors. A doctor can tell you more about your condition than any Web site could, so continue to consult with them on your health issues.   The throat is not an uncommon place for symptoms of GERD to appear. However, without knowing what and where the feelings are or being able to see them, it is impossible to say if what they are from.
