Could this be IBS, a form of acid reflux, or something else?

31 yr female. Had been sick to stomach w/ throwing up one wk about month 1/2 ago. Lost only 8 pds during time not trying to (loss of apetite). Had severe bloating had thought felt "female" b/c not from gas. Constipation a little. 2 wks ago most severe cramps in life (2 days) followed by severe constant pain lower left stomach. GYN thought cyst on ovary, but came back normal. Reff. to Gast doc to my surprise. Pain got better, just present on hard impact 9hard charis, etc) Now just "sore" in that area. Burning set in couple days ago round belly button, bloating came back (not gas feel though). Gast told more fiber (though already eat healthy) said come back in 2 wks. Wasn't going to after reading about IBS, thought could handle on own. Called them though when I saw dark red blood in stool mixed w/ clear snot loking stuff and small parts looking black. 2 bm's after though blood brighter, no black (myabe just internal hemroid?) Gast wants to do a test says this changes things. I'm still not sure (heard blood could be there w/ IBS as well) This am bm had no blood, but got had burning lower left before going (after little coffee). While bm'ing, got sick to stomach and ended up with hard dry heaving (stomach empty so only little lining thre up) Now, burning all lower abdomen, and all up middle chest. Mom had hist. of ulcers in colon and alot of trouble dowen there. But, she had been passing puss and blood. I have no puss, no fever. Aptt still gone, but already gained 4 punds back from loosing (b/c I'm trying hard to do so) Does this just sound mroe like a form of acid reflux that's affecting more lower part verses stomach and top? How could I tell that or just IBS from something more? Still will go to Gast for the visit, but want to help him avoid lots of test things if not needed ( I hate witch hunting and wasted time)
