Q: Pain and bloated after eating - anything

Can an ulcer cause abdominal pain, gas in stomach and intestines right after eating? Right after eating I get pain, cramping and pressure that starts in my stomach and then it travels through my intestines. I've been having bouts of diarriah and constipation for several weeks now too. A few months earlier I saw a doctor due to nausea and stomach pain which we contributed mostly to stress - but he did put me on Prevacid for a few weeks which helped. I started back on it for these new symptoms but wondering if I should see him again.

Jen, You are having a lot of symptoms. Keep track of all of the symptoms and make an appointment with the doctor to see what can be done to give you some relief. Jan
