Hi Jacqueline,   I don't think the term catarrh is used widely. I had not seen it before. According to Wikipedia, Catarrh is another word for mucus or phlem. So that might be why you don't see it on the medicine bottles. It is possible you have a sinus infection that might be causing the mucus. Your doctor is treating you for acid reflux, but that would not necessarily treat the mucus.
