Hi Let,

 

 

I didn't find much about strawberries, and mangoes on this site, but I did find a list that said strawberries would be ok in moderation at ask.com. The full list is here.  I didn't find anything about avocados. While not mango, the papaya has shown some promise to be a good fruit for acid refluxers because the papain in the fruit helps to soothe the acid. You can read more in Joy Buchanan's post here.

 

You can get some ideas from some of the resident experts here on Health Central. Tracy Davenport is a resident expert here and she has written an article called The 10 best fast foods for people with GERD. Tracy's son has GERD and through his experiences Tracy has learned a great deal about coping.
