    Many people find that strawberries are fine for them in moderation, and avocado similarly is usually well tolerated by reflux sufferers. While not mango, the papaya has shown some promise to be a good fruit for acid refluxers because the papain in the fruit helps to soothe the acid.     If you're eating out, you may find this article of tips helpful. As usual, the best way to find out if you tolerate a food is to eliminate it from your diet for a while and then add it back in a little at a time. That can help you determine if those fruits trigger your own reflux symptoms.
