I had stomach problems and went to a gastro doctor. He did a test and I found out I had gerd. Itryed many medicines and none of them worked, finnally he put me on prilosec and it works. Sometimes I get bothered by spicy foods.I then take a couple of tums. I know now i can't eat spicy or fried foods. I have never heard of anyone dying.
