I had my gall bladder removed 4 weeks ago and I've suddenly started with an ache under the breast bone and in my back on the right. It makes me feel nauseaus all the time.
I did in fact go to my Dr yesterday and the triangular area under my breast bone is the stomach. She said that my food was not being digested properly due to the bile change and was staying in my stomach too long. She has given me Motilium/domperidone and I have to take one tablet 30 mins before food. This is to make the food move from my stomach and through my intestines quicker. Hopefully, by the time I've finished the course, my bile productions will have settled as now it drips into my stomach due to no gall bladder whereas before, the gall bladder would dump a whole load of bile into the stomach to aid digetion.
I'm not sure if you've had your gall bladder removed but, it may be that you have issues within the stomach. The nausea is NO fun at all! :(

I have had it that my stomach hurts so much from it that i feel nauseous.....not sure, i know it is a very frustrating thing though....gets old really fast...especially when the med you have isn't working and the insurance won't cover the one that does work...=(
