does taking nexium increase weight gain and a blotted stomach

I have been diagnosed with a hiatius hernia and have been on nexium tablets 40mg for about 3 months now and i seem ito be gaining weight and have a blotted stomach and most days feel sick i have told my gp and he said not too sure what to try is it the nexium tablets and would i be better getting…
