Q: i sometimes get really bad dizzy turns where i just about pass out can acid reflux do this

I have really bad acid refluxs i have had a camera down my throat which showed up i had a imflammed stomach, ulcer and bacteria. I got told to keep taking losec. My main concern is that every so often i get really bad dizzy turns, where i just about pass out. I have told my doctor this and she says it nothing to do with the acid refluxs i disagree. i seem to get these dizzy turns when i eat something late at nite, which i avoid most of the time or my stomach is really upset. I also get dizzy if i lay right on my left hand side and sometimes it changes to my right hand side. I have tried to tell my doctor that when my stomach is upset with acid it kind of tries to move but causes me to go dizzyness where i just about pass out. I had three last nite and although i work late i dont have my dinner till 9pm at night. I also have high blood pressure which has been under control and am on cholestrol pills. I am on losec but sometimes it makes it worse. Can anyone tell me if refluxs does cause bad dizzyness or can it be something else. Embarassed
