Q: Can you have a back ache with acid reflux?

I am a woman in her 60's and have back pressure, located to the middle of my back and it sometimes raps around to my front. My doctor took x ray and found nothing. She said it could be acid reflux and prescribe Prevacid. My back kills me at time but I do not experience the actul acid reflux in mt throat. I had a EKG and all is well.
