I ran your medications through a drug interaction checker and well, all sorts of interactions come up. Some are more of an issue than others. So, what it comes down to is that you really need to make sure every doctor and pharmacist has a list of everything you are taking. If you want to add something over the counter, you really want to run it by them. Some of the interactions you read about will be okay with your doctors and they may be able to help you figure out what the best timing is for each one so that you can get the most benefit from each.
I would recommend you write down each medication on a daily schedule and take this with you to your doctor and to your pharmacist each time you go. That way you can make sure everyone is looking at the interactions. I would definitely recommend you use the same pharmacy as possible and that you get to know the pharmacist. Ask questions - it's what they are there for.
