have been suffering from stomach pain(not severe),acidity after taking evening meal since last one month. I used to take antacid counter medicine like digine. From last week my stomach started feeling full even eating little food and with formation of gas. Now the doctor give me Rabeprazole medicine 20 mg twice a day for three days. However after taking 3 days medicine, I have started constipation and headache. Now there is no acidity and some relief to gas(not complete) but stomach pain and feeling stomach fullness is continouing. Doctor advised me to continue taking Rabeprazole once a day instead of two. Kindly let me know it is Acid Reflux ?. As Stomach pain near navel (not severe) and feeling stomach fullness continuing, please let me know is it symptom of stomach cancer or ulcer ? Whether I have to do some more medical tests ? Before starting treatment with Rabeprazole, Doctor had given me Norflox 400 mg antibiotic tablet twice a day for 5 days for some infection as I had pain while urinating. Now there is no pain. Is the stomach pain is due to some other infection ? Kindly reply ?
