Q: Multiple Symptoms and is it severe enough for emergency room care?

My fiance is having nausea, headache, some diahrrea, sore throat minor fever more like sweats and he is weak. He vomited 2 days ago and again once today. He is keeping liquids down and food just sudden dizzyness caused him to vomit today.  I'm worried its may be something bad but I don't want to totally panic, so i would like to hear what the possibilities could be and if i need to take him in to the emergency room if needed?

Hello Risika,

It is best to call his regular doctor during office hours for advice. Acid reflux is not associated with fever so I wonder if the symptoms are related to an illness. Again, only a doctor can make that determination.

I do get the fever occasionally too if I am getting my 'GERD' attack. A detox, along with necessary prescription medicine and an overhaul of the diet is needed. It may take a few days to recover - but do go to the doctor when you can. Do not panic. :)
