My friend is suffering from intense stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, blood in urine and blood coming out of the rectum. This intense pain in upper part of stomach is constant, stomach feels heavy like a rock. He won't seek medical help as he has no insurance. Are there any home or store bought remedies to comfort him?

Any hosptial that accepts federal funds has to treat him whether he has insurance or not. With blood in the urine as well as rectal bleeding with the other symptoms, he should see someone right away. These are not signs of reflux and could be a medical emergency. Finding something to take care of the symptoms might only mask the real problem or make things worse.
