My 8 yo daughter has been running low-grade fever and is very fatigued for 2 months now. Her throat feels clogged she says and it hurts badly. The doctors have looked at her throat and ran bloodwork

she is negative for EBV, CBC was basically normal...RBC and hematocrit a little low, not enough for doctor to say anything. Currently awaiting autoimmune tests (I think), but the ENT thinks she has reflux. Could that cause all these problems? Am worried and at a loss!
