Q: Took an omega3 and doxycycline pill before bed 2 nights ago woke up with sensation they where stuck

after swollowing liquids or foods of late I am experiencing a sensation that my food or drink is being slowed down almost a feeling of being caught up and then rerouted followed by a feeling of pressure before it continues down ward, the sensation is just above my diaphram it just started in the middle of the night 2 days ago

Hello Sheri,

If the problem persists, I would call the doctor. I have heard of a condition called "pill esophagitis" where a pill will get stuck in the esophagus and cause painful symptoms.

Let me know what you find out ok?
