I feel your pain. Im 16 with the same problem and ive done the same tests. I got very depressed and couldnt sleep. Yes gerd causes nausea. When acid comes up your esophagus it allows food to do also. It causes nausea and vomiting. Watch closely and try rolaids, tums, mylanta, and zantac. Elevate his bed gerd occurs worse at night and dont eat 2 hours before bed. Dont let it get to bad, they didnt catch mine fast enough and i have ulcers bad and my gerd cant be fixed so i have to do surgery. Good luck to you and your family, it will pass and it will be ok!
