ihave nausea for 8 weeks,does gerd causes nausea?

my son is 24 years old.he went overseas and came with bad nausea stiil consistant 4 eight weeks...we did all the test...thnaks God nothing was shown we did colonoscopy and gastro...and here the fauuny story,,,the speciaslt came with...:idont know if he has crohns disease,,,i don't know if he has...
