Q: soar throat.. acid reflux??

I've had a soar throat for about a month or soo..first they said post nasal drip..I was on meds for a bit. still there... finally went back now they say acid reflux...im on lansoprazole now.. i dont have any stomach pain..no bad taste..no regurgitation(spelling?)...can it be acid reflux or something else..something more serious like throat cancer

A sore throat can be the only symptom of reflux. I got laryngitis very often for years until I finally treated my reflux. If you get better with the meds then your diagnosis will be substantiated. You can read more about the symptoms of reflux here:
