Does anyone feel like they are having heart palpatations with acid reflux?

I have a hiatus hernia and i feel like i am getting heart palpatations which are very distressing,does anyone else feel like this?i have been to the doctor who checked my heart and she said that my heart sounds fine but she is referring me to a cardiologist as a precaution.

hello, i get the same feeling after i eat certain foods.
Ive, had this for years. I am 43 now and it seems to get worse as i age.
I dont think ist is my heart though it feels like it.
I feel it may have something to do with acid in the stomach and moving around, with gas bubbles building up pressing against my esophigus.
I know it sounds weird and thius is self diagnosis, but i cant seem to find a doctor who can diagnos me properly unless i give them a million bucks.
