I have acid reflux,but that doesn't bother me as much as my hernia does.Right below my breast bone sternum area.A year ago my doc put me on Hyomax,saying that it was the strongest med for my hernia,not working so much anymore.Have been on Prilosec for 10 years,seems to be helping the acid reflux.Had to go to the emergency room a week ago,hernia pain was almost unbearable.They gave me a muscle relaxer that helps some but gives me diareah.Is there any herbal med that can help with this hernia?
