Heartburn and pain in back.

I have IBS and recently bothered by heartburn.  I've also had several instances of terrible pain in the upper back which lasts and hour or two and then disappears.  My guess is that the pain is caused by excessive gas or I have heard it can be gallbladder problems.  Can gas cause…
