i have like a tight pressure feeling under the breastbone specially when a bend of stretch it does

stay but comes and goes and my doctor saids it is acid reflux and gerd I feel handicap due I NEED TO EXERCISE AND DECREASE MY WEIGHT BUT THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT HELP ME PLEASE
