Hello Ashlea,

Reflux and heartburn are common during pregnancy and may even increase as the baby grows and puts further pressure on your stomach. I wonder if you have tried eating smaller meals, avoiding reflux trigger foods and keeping yourself more elevated when sleeping. If you are still having symptoms, the doctor may consider medication. It is best to check with the doctor, even when using over the counter medications.

Best wishes to you and your new baby! Jan
