Acid reflux or Heart troubles?

I just had a slight acid feeling in my upper stomach followed by a severe burning in my middle chest and back. I felt somewhat nauseous. I took some mylanta and layed on the bed in a half sitting position. The burning lasted for about 1/2 hour. What is your take on this?

Hello, Reflux and a heart condition can have similar symptoms so it is always best to check with your doctor or go to the ER if you are concerned about a possible heart attack.
