There is a general list of foods that are considered not so good with people with reflux, but what I've reallly found is that is seems to be very dependent from person to person. If you have reflux symptoms, it can reallly help to track what you eat and what seems to make it worse. Keeping a food log can be tedious but helpful. If your symptoms are less frequent - when you have them you might jot down a list of things that you had that day and/or your general stress levels, amount of sleep, etc. That way if you notice that you consistently eat lets say bananas on days that you have reflux (yes bananas are oddly enough one of my triggers) it will be easier to figure out.
