Q: I take 40 mg nexium every day..Will body absorb a powdered or liquid calcium supplement in kefir?

I am to begin 50,000 IU of Vit. D and to supplement with 1200 Calcium citrate, because of deficiencies....I know I am not absorbing calcium and vit. d thru foods becuase of the nexium intake.

Can't take Calcium citrate tablets, they caused severe heartburn...so got liquid supplement to put in Kefir product...Will it be absorbed properly, while on Nexium???
