Hello Erika, Your english is excellent. I completely understand your message. It is helpful to have so much information. It is common to have reflux during your pregnancy. The baby is pushing on your stomach and many moms have heartburn, burping and discomfort, often for the first time. It is important to eat smaller meals and try not to eat for 1-2 hours before a nap or bedtime. Stay away from reflux triggers such as spicy foods, acidic foods, etc. High fat foods will digest slowly and may cause discomfort too. The mucous you are describing needs to be checked by your primary care doctor. Make sure it is not an infection of some kind. Perhaps the doctor will test the mucous. In the United States, if the reflux is severe during pregnancy, a mom will often see a gastroenterologist. PPI medications are used during pregnancy but with a great deal of caution. Let me know if I have answered your questions and let us know what you find out. Maybe a baby picture too?! Thanks, Jan
