    Why has my lower back pain moved into my hip and pelvic area?

    I've had lower back pain, but now it seems to have moved into my hip and pelvic area. It's driving me crazy. Can anyone help?

    This could be a variety of things and should be checked by a doctor. It could be muscular, spine, kidneys (stone or infection) or a number of other things.
