am i in danger from eating peanuts...?
i have hiatal hernia and it has been acting up the last couple days. But I ate alot of pastaico's last night and now I am in severe pian and nithing seems to be working. is it possable for them to get logde in my stomach area. The pain is so sever that I am at times cluching my stomach under my breast bone. I can't get a hold of the doctoer but I have an appointment for monday(today is wed.) Should I be more concerned? Please respond asap,

If you continue to have intense pain then you should consider seeing a doctor. It could be that you are having issues digesting the nuts or that they have thrown your whole system off. You could've also gotten an irritation when something went down. While it is unlikely something is stuck, if you continue to have symptoms or if they worsen then waiting until Monday may not be a good option.
Also, if you have black vomit or diarrhea that looks like wet coffee grinds then you need to be seen immediately as this is a sign of bleeding along the intestinal track. While unlikely at this point, I try to make sure everyone knows this fact.
