I'm 40 years old, and I've been having these symptoms get progressively worse over the last 3 to 4 years. I'm having the exact same symptoms as everyone else here.  Dizziness, feeling like your mind is cloudy, pain and soreness in chest, periodic heart skipping beats / palpatations, dizziness is worse after eating a meal, and if it's a full plate of food, I sometimes get a pounding heartbeat, that feels like my whole body is pounding.  I've gone to the emergency room twice, thinking I was having a heart attack.  I've been to the doctor and had several EKGs, I've had a stress test done about 5 months ago, had ultrasound done on my arteries in my neck, everything has turned up normal.    I can't take this anymore, I feel like I'm dieing sometimes and I get scared that I'm going to drop over from a heart attack, that's how bad it feels. I have two young boys ages 5 and 9 months and am worried that I'm not going to be around to watch them grow up.    I'm planning on going to the doctor and request to be sent to a GI specialist after the holidays.  Hopefully the can do a scope from both directions and maybe get a clue as to what's going on.  If anyone else finds out what's going on with all of us, please, please post something here.   Thanks.
