Q: At age 37 with Barrett's Esophagus, besides Prilosec are there any other prevenative measures ?

I'm a 37 year old male with gastritis, hiatal hernia, Barrett's esophagus and stomach polyps. I had an endoscopy and the treatment suggested was continue Priolsec. I sthere any other prevenative measures that I can take to stopthe progression of this to cancer someday?
