I want to gain a little weight coz im underweight (94 lbs, height is 5 ft, 2.5"). I found out that drinking Ensure can help you gain weight. This is lactose-free but im not sure if it's good for me.
Q: I have acid reflux and gastritis, can i still drink Ensure Milk?

Drinks like Ensure can contain many of known allergens and irritants such as corn syrup, soy and milk that may not be good for individuals with sensitive stomachs. A registered dietician will have many different choices which are much gentler on your digestive system, but can still help you to gain weight.
