My husband has been belching gas for 45 yrs now he will bring up gas and vomit at the same time. He doesn't want to eat ( getting worse after 2 yrs of vomiting) He is a diabetic, has heart problems (on a pacemaker), kidney failure, and bone Cancer/Prostate Cancer, and is 76 yrs old. No doc seems to want to find out the problem
