Bringing up gas often. A feeling of being full. vomiting after bringing upp gas

My husband has been belching gas for 45 yrs now he will bring up gas and vomit at the same time. He doesn't want to eat ( getting worse after 2 yrs of vomiting) He is a diabetic, has heart problems (on a pacemaker), kidney failure, and bone Cancer/Prostate Cancer, and is 76 yrs...
