Hi i am a breastfeeding mother who has acidf reflux is there any medication on the market that is safe to tkae while breastfeeding.

Hello! There have been several blogs written on breastfeeding and reflux. If you use the search feature on this site, you should find some more information.
It is important to be careful about medication usage during nursing. If you can use non medication treatments: elevating the bed, careful eating, small meals, careful chewing that is great. Some nursing mothers do need to treat/heal esophagitis and medication may be necessary. Your primary doctor or gastroenterologist will be able to guide you to the best approach.
