usually every morning i feel back pain and at the chest and also theres always air in my stomach

i feel slight ache at my right stomach, i lost my daily cr habbit, before every morning i do go to the cr but now a 2nd day or more...also i cannot sleep straight, i cannot go to the hospital coz im in japan now and i have 2 years to finish my contract here in japan, wat food is better to eat for...
